A couple of days ago, we posted about Phinma Property Holdings Corp. (PPHC) planning to have a socialized housing project in Cagayan de Oro City. Well, the firm quietly held an inauguration and cornerstone laying ceremony for ASPIRE HOMES HIGHLANDS last April 19, 2017 at the 2.4-hectare project site in Barangay Lumbia.
In an article at SunStar CDO, Aspire Homes Highlands is Phinma’s socialized housing project consisting of 306 residential duplex units intended for families affected by Sendong and other low income earners but members of Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF).
The main proponents are Community Developers and Construction Corporation (CDCC), a subsidiary of PPHC, Social Action Center Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro and in partnership with the City Government of Cagayan de Oro as well as the HDMF.
